Set in a fictional Eastern European country, a paranoid dictator has ruled with an iron fist for years. To maintain control, the population is monitored through neck implants, and everyone wears government-issued uniforms with identification numbers. Unsatisfied with this level of control and the dictator established a massive research center to enhance his assassins, using prisoners as test subjects. The country is filled with those who resisted the dictatorship—some were executed, others imprisoned and forced into slave labor.
