- Authority and Disorder:Manage your kingdom using the new Authority system. Control your people and vassals, issue edicts to build structures, and declare wars on your enemies.
- Dynasties and Characters:As a ruler, plan your succession by having an heir. This could be with your spouse or anyone else. Having an heir does not guarantee a smooth transition of power.
- Religion:Neighbors with different religions can cause tensions and wars, even for tolerant rulers. If the imbalance gets too big, diplomacy fails, and war starts. Losing too many holy cities can lead to a Crusade or Jihad.
- Regions and Population:Manage everyone from peasants to powerful nobles. Social ladder is tough to climb and keeping social classes in check is key to success.
- Warfare: Protect your borders and build an army with knights, sergeants, spearmen, crossbowmen, and more.
- Field of Glory II Integration: For more control, you can export battles to Field of Glory II: Medieval and then load the results back into the game.
